The Team

The Growth team at Imprint is responsible for relentlessly driving the growth of our business, from setting go-to-market strategy, driving our merchant acquisition process, to launching and running our merchant partners? programs successfully. We span sales, marketing, partner success, brand and product, and work cross-functionally with the leadership team to be the voice and advocate for our partners, ensuring their needs and feedback are reflected back into our product roadmap.


The Job

The Business Development Manager will support critical business development projects to expand our portfolio of co-brand programs and support our strategic growth goals. We?re looking for someone who is impact driven and will help develop, evaluate and close deals across a number of verticals. Additionally, we?re looking for someone with a genuine interest in the payment and credit space, who will be able to develop relevant insights and establish meaningful relationships with our key stakeholders in the industry. The person who will be successful in this role should have a proven track record supporting business development end to end, from initial lead generation to sales conversion and deal negotiation. This candidate should also have experience working with varied stakeholders across functions and establishing trust-based relationships. You will be supported in your growth and development to take on as much responsibility as you can handle, in a fast paced and dynamic environment.


Your Day-to-Day

  • Support new business development projects from origination to closing, providing day-to-day project management and working on document storylining, high-level program definition, deal modeling and closing

  • Collaborate with our Program Management and Product teams to design best-in-class new programs for prospective partners, incorporating overall program design, value proposition, product features, go-to-market strategies and implementation roadmap in our business development materials

  • Partner with both internal and external stakeholders to develop relevant insights in the payments and consumer credit space (case studies, research papers, etc)

We Are Looking For Folks With

  • 4+ years of consulting or banking experience

  • Strong analytical and modeling skills, with impeccable business intuition

  • Excellent storylining and communication skills

  • Ability to navigate complexity, think clearly, and communicate effectively

  • A passion for solving hard problems

  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills

Bonus Points

  • Experience in the areas of payments or consumer credit

  • Experience with SQL and/or BI tools (e.g. Looker, Tableau, Sigma)

Annual salary range: $160k-$200k, performance bonus and competitive equity package
